Fitness Group Orientations

If you are new to working out, new to our club, or want to learn about all the new equipment WSC just added, we encourage you to take advantage of our free group orientations. These comprehensive orientations cover how to use cardiovascular, resistance & free weight training equipment & the Keiser Power Rack. The respective orientations are offered separately in small group one-hour sessions and taught by fitness specialists and Nationally Certified Personal Trainers. (Keiser Power Rack Demo is a 1/2 hour). This is a great free opportunity to become acclimated to all of our wonderful state of the art exercise equipment.

Cardio, Resistance &
Free Weight/Free Motion Area

Orientation will be a general overview of:

  • Muscles Targeted
  • Proper Body Alignment
  • Basic Strength Training Guidelines
  • Fitness Area Etiquette
  • Approx. 1 hr in length

Keiser Power Rack
Orientation will be a general overview of:

  • Current Power
  • Peak Power
  • Peak Power
  • Basic Exercises
  • Approx. 30 min. in length
