Jump For Fun

Let’s teach kids how to connect fitness with fun.  Each class will be creative using
various skills such as; jumping, skipping, hopping, sit ups, circuit stations, flexibility,
stretching, dancing and standard calisthenics moves.  Parents must bring their child in and remain onsite.  If needed, the instructor will transport your child to the class from childcare!

Dates: Thursdays
Time: 10:40-11:10am
Cost: FREE for members
