CLASS DESCRIPTION: This swimming class is for any level adult swimmer who wants to learn and refine techniques, strategies, and training methods. All workouts will be made to fit participants’ individual needs. The classes will be taught following the class descriptions on the schedule. Please follow the schedule and attend classes that fit your needs.
CLASS COST: Each swimmer will be required to buy a swim card. The swim cards are $100 and are designed to allow for twenty 30-minute swim sessions. They can be used for up to 6 months. You may purchase a card at the Member Services Desk or come to class, and one of the coaches will get you registered.
October 6th-May 30th
Tuesdays and Thursdays: 7:00-8:00pm
Wednesdays and Fridays: 9:30-10:30am
Saturdays: 8:30-9:30am
