Bariatrics

This exercise class is designed to introduce you to safe exercise and a healthy lifestyle. Exercising with others in the Bariatric program, you will learn about safe exercise techniques and how to effectively exercise for your own body. Aerobic exercise will be included for endurance and heart health, as well as strength training, stretching and relaxation. Water exercise is an excellent environment to begin an exercise program. The warm water provides a calming effect, while allowing for range-of-motion and endurance exercises. This class will be a great exercise support group and will help make exercise part of your life.
